I consider this to be a really exciting time for Women in business, there are so many opportunities. Often it is the perceptions and expectations around women in leadership roles that can prove to be a barrier. We can’t change the world and business culture overnight but where my work helps to demystify these interpretations and free my clients up who face these challenges and so they can deliver what they are great at doing and get the results they want.
I can help change my client’s perceptions and ways of thinking so people will respond differently to them. Often women perceive they need to be a different version of themselves but in fact all authentic leaders are themselves, I give them this permission and provide a space where they can manage their thinking and all the various other things women often have to juggle in their lives.
