This day starts with a short look back, then helps you build a 2027 plan around how you work: your strengths, your drivers, the things that knock you off course, and the conditions you need to perform at your best.
2026 has been a year of rapid change: global events, economic pressure, and AI reshaping how work gets done. The leadership playbook has changed with it.
Keeping up is no longer the hard part. The hard part is keeping up sustainably: adapting at pace without burning through your energy, your judgement or your best people. For over 25 years I’ve helped senior leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs and organisations uncover the patterns shaping how they think, perform and relate to others, by combining psychological rigour and an extensive breadth of business insight.
I’m a Chartered Coaching and Counselling Psychologist, registered with the HCPC and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. These days are small and confidential by design, so there is room for real reflection and honest conversation.
