All my work is underpinned by the robust, scientific, research-driven discipline of psychology and draws on the tools, techniques, models and frameworks of the science behind psychology.

The coaching psychology approach can effect change in any area of life and although not a quick-fix solution the knowledge gained through the process by the individual, team or business is then owned by them and can be adopted and applied across business and personal situations.

Jo commenced her practice in 2002 and has extensive experience of working with senior individuals and teams from blue-chip corporations and SMEs. Jo practices from a dedicated and private office in the City of London. She is a Chartered Psychologist registered with The British Psychological Society and adheres to its code of ethics and conduct.
