Achieving change is liberating. The powerful intervention of coaching psychology within the unique, professional, and trusted coaching relationship can build confidence, enhance wellbeing, and optimise performance. It can have a transformative impact on individuals, teams, and organisations. The essence of Dr Jo’s work is to ensure this optimisation is achieved, and is underpinned by the robust, scientific, research-driven discipline of psychology, from where she draws on a wide range of tools, techniques, and frameworks.
The coaching psychology approach can effect change in any area of life. It is not a quick-fix solution but the knowledge gained through the process is then owned by the individual, team or organisation, and can be adopted and applied across all organisational and personal situations.
Dr Jo is a Chartered Coaching and Counselling Psychologist and is registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adheres to their code of ethics and conduct.
