Achieving change is liberating. The powerful intervention of coaching psychology within the unique, professional, and trusted coaching relationship can build confidence, enhance wellbeing, and optimise performance. It can have a transformative impact on individuals, teams, and organisations. The essence of Dr Jo’s work is to ensure this optimisation is achieved, and is underpinned by the robust, scientific, research-driven discipline of psychology, from where she draws on a wide range of tools, techniques, and frameworks.
The coaching psychology approach can effect change in any area of life. It is not a quick-fix solution but the knowledge gained through the process is then owned by the individual, team or organisation, and can be adopted and applied across all organisational and personal situations.
