In forward thinking companies it is now standard to have coaching for CEO and Board level executives. Using the coaching psychology approach my objective is to stretch, disrupt and challenge my clients and their organisation’s thinking, shifting them outside of their comfort zone, to help them formulate creative and strategic decisions.
CEOs and Board members also, inevitably, have challenges outside of the boardroom that they encounter. They may have destructive patterns of behaviour, family issues or their own anxieties and illnesses. They are however, still expected to perform, often unable to share these issues which can be isolating. I help my clients effectively manage these challenges and keep them out of the boardroom, limiting the risk of impact on their decision making capabilities and performance.
