Does this sound like you?

You’re delivering results. You’re respected. By most measures, you’re succeeding. But underneath that, something isn’t quite right.

Maybe decisions that used to feel clear now feel harder. Maybe the pressure is leaking into places it shouldn’t. Maybe you’ve reached a level where genuinely honest feedback is hard to come by, and you feel the gap.

Or maybe you’re simply aware that you’re operating at 80% of what you’re capable of. And you know the gap isn’t technical. It’s psychological.

A different kind of coaching

Most executive coaches work above the surface, on behaviour, communication, strategy. That work has value. But it doesn’t reach the psychological drivers that are actually determining how you lead, how you decide, and how you perform under real pressure.

As a Chartered Coaching and Counselling Psychologist, I bring something most coaches can’t, the psychological rigour to understand what’s really driving your behaviour, combined with 25 years of working alongside senior leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs across a wide range of businesses and sectors.

I don’t need a briefing on your world. I already understand it.

What we work on

Every engagement is different. The themes that come up most often include:

, Performance under sustained pressure, decision quality, focus, resilience

, Leadership impact, how you’re experienced by boards, teams and peers

, Psychological patterns limiting your effectiveness or your enjoyment of the role

, Navigating board dynamics, difficult stakeholders and organisational complexity

, Significant transitions, new roles, scaling, exit, succession

, The personal cost of operating at the top, and what to do about it

If your challenge isn’t on this list, bring it. The work starts wherever you are.

How it works

We begin with an initial conversation, no obligation, no standard script. It’s a chance to understand what you’re navigating and whether working together makes sense.

Most clients work with me on a retained basis, the structure is however always built around what you actually need. Sessions take place in person at my private consulting room in the City of London, or remotely.

Everything is conducted in complete confidence, governed by the ethical standards of the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council.

Most of my clients come through personal recommendation. That says something about the nature of the work, and what it tends to produce.

Everything is conducted in complete confidence, governed by the ethical standards of the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means you get my complete attention, and a relationship that develops the depth this work requires.
