A recent Microsoft study suggests that 50% of UK office workers are suffering from ‘Infobesity’ which is the over consumption of information. This digital deluge we are absorbed by can really impact on our health, happiness and relationships. It can also significantly damage our business performance.

Do we need to be constantly connected? To have a zero inbox? To multi-task yet achieve less by getting sucked into irrelevant digital distraction? We have to learn when to be immersed and connected and when to look up and engage in the real world.
